One campaign,
made for every member.
We measured the reputation, AI visibility and same-night rates of every inn in a 186-member collection, gave each owner a private scorecard, and turned it into a pricing conversation at the collection's annual meeting. The collection and its inns are fictional; the method and the build are real.
Every member, measured the same way.
Public Google listings and two years of reviews; Tripadvisor and Booking.com pages; 940 answers from ChatGPT and Perplexity to the questions guests actually ask; and Booking.com prices for each member and its independent neighbours on the same three nights.
Every figure that reaches a page, a trifold or an email comes from one fact ledger, with its base and wording, and is checked against the source before it ships.
The collection's story, told with its own data.
A public site for the collection: the standard members set, what guests say, the best-of walls, what AI answers when guests ask where to stay, and how members price against their neighbours. Members search for their inn and see their standout claim.
A private page for every inn.
Each owner gets a private, unguessable link: reputation, pricing power, visibility and guest voice against the collection and nearby stays. Their next moves unlock after a conversation at the table.

A touchscreen at the table.
A 1920×1080 slide experience for the sponsor table: members tap through the findings, find their inn, and sit down for 15 minutes on their scorecard.
A personalised trifold for every member.
Letter-size trifold, printed for each inn: how guests rate it, how they find it, what they say, and its next moves, with its own rate against comparable stays nearby. Delivered as print-ready vector files; every data point checked against the source before print.
Seven emails, one conversation.
Two emails bring members to the table, one meets them there, and four turn the scorecard into a pricing call. Every email is merged from the same data as the scorecard, and private links go only to the inn they belong to.

A playbook in every member's mailbox.
A printed cohort edition, The AI Visibility & Revenue Playbook: the findings, a prompt pack to test their own AI visibility, and a chapter per criterion, plus short videos from our VP Sales reached by the QR code on the trifold.
Reputation + visibility = pricing power. The campaign makes that case one inn at a time.
